The folks at Juniper wanted a handwritten, unique logomark to go with their artisanal cocktails and meticulous dishes.
After a few rounds of different directions and revisions, this is the final wordmark.
Along the way a couple of logomarks that I was fond of got killed. In particular I felt that the one of the left had a strong sense of spirit labels, but ultimately it didn't have the hand-drawn quality we were after.
After completing the lettering, the in-house team took over the overall brand execution and created some fantastic stuff! That copper mug is something else.
